Cost-saving estimate

Enter the filings you expect this year. We compare one year of having an agency handle every filing with one year of the Visa Portal plan fee, with everything run in-house.

The cost of using an agency is calculated at an assumed agency fee (our assumption). What agencies actually charge varies with the agency and the work.

Expatriates (work KITAS)

People holding a work KITAS (E23/E25). Family members are not counted here. The plan is chosen from this number plus the people joining this year (arrivals and onshore conversions). Enter the filings themselves in the fields below.

People whose RPTKA extension and KITAS extension happen during this year. An ITAS can run 6 months, 1 year or 2 years, and a 2-year permit is at the authority's discretion. On a 1-year ITAS that is one filing every year; on a 2-year ITAS, one every two years — so count only the people whose turn falls in this year.

People hired while outside Indonesia who will now enter. If you are hiring someone already in Indonesia, use “Onshore conversion” under More fields.

Example: 3 expatriates, 3 renewals this year, 1 arrival this year and 4 C2 business-visit visas. This is an example, not a default.

Business travellers
Traveller's visa

The visa depends on the purpose of the trip. A business visit is a C2; a visit that is also tourism or family is a C1. For repeat visitors, consider a D2. A D2 cannot be converted to an ITAS at all, so choose C2 for anyone who may later be posted here. The visa on arrival (VoA) is not currently covered by this platform.

Choose the visa your travellers use. The count fields appear once you choose.

For people who visit repeatedly, consider a D2.

More fields (repatriation, family, the six-year limit, onshore conversion, ITAP)

Every field starts at 0. Enter only what is actually planned for this year.

Expatriates leaving on repatriation or at the end of a contract. Count someone changing employer inside Indonesia here too, unless we have confirmed otherwise: switching through the bridging visa instead of an EPO is not a confirmed route in practice, and the person may not work while on a bridging permit. Dependants' EPO is not included in this estimate — see “What this estimate leaves out”.

Count a spouse and each child separately. A new E31 and a renewal are calculated at the same assumed fee.

Past six cumulative years this is a new application, not a renewal. Enter those people here rather than under renewals. Our guide runs this case through an EPO, leaving Indonesia and applying again. This estimate counts that EPO too. The documents and the review practice can differ between immigration offices, so please discuss the actual approach with us.

People you are hiring who are in Indonesia on a C1 or a C2. They convert directly from the visit visa, so no bridging visa is needed. A D2 cannot be converted.

People you are hiring who are in Indonesia on a visa on arrival (VoA). A stay permit derived from a VoA cannot be converted directly to an ITAS, so a bridging visa is added automatically, one per case. Neither the visa on arrival nor the bridging visa allows work: the person starts when the ITAS is issued.

Applications by people with three or more years of residence who meet the requirements. This is not an annual procedure — enter only those applying this year.

What this estimate leaves out

Questions about this estimate

Are government fees or taxes included?

No. DKPTKA, PNBP and the other statutory costs arise whether you use an agency or file yourselves, so they do not change the difference between A and B. The assumed agency fee in A is also a service fee without government fees, and PPN is not included either. The statutory amounts are shown at each step of the procedure guides.

Why is B larger than A in my case?

Because the annual plan fee is charged whatever the number of filings. In a year with few filings, or one made up mostly of low-priced procedures such as visit visas and EPOs, the plan fee can exceed A. The plan also covers deadline management, the steps and the forms.

Please read

The amounts on this page are estimates. They are not a quotation, not an application to contract, and not a promise about price.

A is an estimate calculated at an assumed agency fee (our assumption); it is not a price from our price list. What an agency actually charges varies with the agency and the work. B is PT LIB MITRA INDONESIA's annual plan fee.

Statutory costs (DKPTKA, PNBP and the like) and PPN are not included. The statutory costs arise whether you use an agency or file yourselves. The amounts are shown at each step of the procedure guides.

B does not include our fees for delegated work (the delegation menu, emergency and inspection attendance, and so on). It assumes every filing is run in-house.

Your own staff's time is not included in this estimate.

Contracts are annual, paid in advance, only. This estimate never selects the trial (free, 30 days).

What this platform provides is procedures, forms and deadline management. The applicant of record is your company, and the scope of responsibility is written into the contract.

Procedures, forms and prices can change with Indonesian law and with the portals themselves. For anything that matters, please confirm against the current official source.
